1. How much is shipping?
   To check shipping, add the items you want to check the shipping for to your shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart page enter your zip code/postal code and you will receive a real time quote from our shipping providers.
2. Can I change the colors or denominations in a poker set?
   All of the sets we carry are prepackaged this way and can not be changed. This allows us to offer a lower price to our customers. If you would like to order custom colors, we carry most of our designs in our poker chips category in rolls of 50.
3. Do you ship internationally?
   We only ship to the USA and Canada.
4. Has my order shipped yet?
   Usually if you have not received your shipping email, it has been blocked by a spam blocking service or it may be in the junk email or spam folder of your email box. If you have a spam blocker installed please make sure to allow emails from support@discountpokershop.com.
5. I was charged multiple times.
   During the order process, our credit card processor first checks the credit card to see if funds are available. If the funds are available, it then checks the billing address and CVV code. If the billing address or CVV code does not match, the transaction is declined. However, your credit card company may put a hold on the funds as a pending charge. This pending charge is just a temporary hold and should come off in a few days. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
